Hello all out there!!!!
Now you have decided to go for a new mobile.
Good go for it.
First I want to thank this site(mouthshut) through which we are connected and can share over views to each other.
Now coming to the pt. my opinion about ‘Nokia 2100’.
It is a cute set with positives and negatives.
To start with, I will go with the merits and then as usual demerits.
Merits:
Very sleek and lightweight.
Very user friendly.
Excellent sound clarity.
Excellent display (White)
Two way memory I,e. Set and Sim card (compared
to 3310 and 3315)
Improved alarm feature (compared to 3310 and 3315)
Last but not the least ‘A Nokia product’
Demerits:
Battery backup (Two days only which is not too bad
as compared to other sets).
No Voice dialing (compared to 3310 and 3315)
Opinion:
To be honest it is a reasonable set to buy. Only you need to comprise with the battery back up.
I had a 3310 before this, which I gave to my sister. After that I tried different sets (of friends) other than Nokia, I faced a no. of problems (battery back up, Ease to use etc.). I strongly feel that a Nokia user should go for Nokia only.
So I end with “Going for 2100 will not be a bad deal at all however go for a good deal and buy the set with papers from an authorized showroom.”
