Hi all
The phone was pretty impressive when I got it in the later part 2003. Also I would say I loved this model for long till I could figure out its grey areas. This review is based on my usage of this model for more than 2 Years and two of my friends also posses the same
Problem 1:
The mobile does not posses a very good battery compared to the rest of the models from its originator.
Problem 2:
The mobile reception capability and the refresh rate is pretty bad.
I could feel it when I travel. My mobile has been used with most of the service providers in India and also M1 of S'pore. In all the cases my co-passengers will get a call when 2100 mobile will still be searching to pick up the signal.
Problem 3:
The mobile will get restarted by itself around 5 times in a month.
Problem 4:
When I used the Hutch SIM I used to get SIM based error messages which happened with some of my friends who hold this mobile too. But when we take it to the HUTCH people they say its a fault with the mobile which I dont know how true it is .
Problem 5: I feel to mobile is not designed much to resist itself from dust entering it.
The best thing about the mobile is its
sturdy, small, easy to operate,more memory for contacts than 1100 and other famous models, It has both reminder and alarm, you can compose using this mobile and send them too. It also posses all the basic features of the mobiles of 2004 models.
But it can't hold messages more than 22 and the dialled numbers is only last 10 numbers
