I read lot of good reviews about no broker and applied for 1999 plan, was assigned a relationship manager who was least helpful. Please do not go by advertisements they will help you negotiate with owner or help in rent agreement as at the end it is in the discretion of both the parties and they are not of much help. I lost my token amount of 5000 as I went for a house posted in no broker but only after I paid the token money I got to know about the various restrictions set by the owner including a written period of 2 months and deduction of one month additional rent for painting and maintenance to which I was not been informed about while visiting the location . I have lost my 5000 token money and 1999 service subscription . I did contact no broker customer care as well the relationship manager who have declined to response to my query. Please be mindfúl before choosing no broker .
