Renting out your property is one of the difficult things where you have to do multiple things at the same time. Hundreds of questions from portals then confirmation calls and then the formalities. It makes the whole process so TDS and tiring that eventually a person lives without uploading property. No broker has very simple process to register your property and upload pictures and videos. I got more than 15 responses with at least 12 positive leads and my flat was rented out within 10 days at the price I coated for.
Their call representatives are very courteous and friendly and not like banks and other service providers who keep on bothering the clients. They never had sell and they never push you to get their services like painting or registration. There is always a choice if you want to opt for their services or not.
