Review about Packers & Movers through NoBroker -
• NEVER go for Packers & Movers through NoBroker, use it only for searching apartments.
• I opted for packers and movers through NoBroker for shifting within Pune. After discussion with NoBroker Team, they said a Shifting manager will be assigned who will look after the movement of goods and a professional team of packers & movers will do the job.
• Sadiya was my Shifting manager and “ADO Packers & Movers” was assigned to me. Vikram is the manager of Packers & Movers. I mentioned all the items properly to him and to the NoBroker team also. NoBroker team said they will assign a truck big enough for the transportation.
• First of all the the team reached the location more than 1 hour late, and there were 4 guys for handling the shifting who were not listening to me at all, and were handling the items badly. Whenever I tried to speak to them they started arguing with me, and even told me that some of the items will not be able to fit into the small truck, and they won’t transfer.
• After complaining to Sadiya and Vikram, and after refusing to pay them until all the items are transferred, they said they’ll look into the matter. After all the last minute hassle and constant arguments with the guys handling the items, they transported all the things. I had to face loss because of improper handling of items.
• Also, the shifting manager’s number will not be reachable. Their customer care will put your call on hold for long time.
• The NoBroker team is pathetic for providing Packers & Movers, they don’t care about your loss. The only time they’ll give you a call/message if you have a pending payment for Packers & Movers.
