I recently used NoBroker's seller plan to sell my property, and unfortunately, the experience fell far short of expectations. While the idea of a tech-driven, commission-free platform is appealing, the execution left me feeling frustrated and unsupported.


Here's what went wrong:


Unprofessional Relationship Manager: My assigned relationship manager displayed a concerning lack of courtesy and professionalism. This made communication difficult and created an unnecessary level of stress during a crucial time.


Opaque Service: Transparency was a major issue. I often felt left in the dark about the marketing efforts and progress being made.


Lowball Offers: The buyers NoBroker brought to the table consistently offered 10-15% below market value. This was a significant difference compared to what I could potentially get through traditional channels.


Lack of Expertise: NoBroker failed to connect me with qualified service professionals like photographers or videographers. This resulted in a mediocre presentation of my property, which could have deterred potential buyers.


Mediocre Performance: Overall, the service felt generic and lacked the dedication I would expect.


In Conclusion:


While the concept of NoBroker is intriguing, my experience highlighted a need for significant improvement in customer service, transparency, and the quality of leads generated. Until these issues are addressed, I wouldn't recommend their seller plans to others, especially considering the potential financial drawbacks.
