The process of double charging is not a sustainable Business model for No Broker and the Business will die its natural death. The team has become greedy and want money to get the details of clients(tenants as well as owners). The RMs are just passing the time without doing any thing constructive because the volume of calls are nearly NONE for the paid services as there are enough competitors available in market who provide these services fre of cost. I had a real bad experience with RM Gayathri and his so called TEAM LEAD Suhail.
After purchasing their packager and waiting for a month, I did not get a SINGLE TENANT because they were making changes to my property based on their convenience.
