A big No to Nobroker.com better to take help of local vendors. I took service from nobroker in Pune as I need a house urgently. After talking to the nobroker support, I was assured that they would help me get a house quickly if I subscribed for the Service by Paying 8500 which was paid Service plan. I did that immediately and was disappointed with the service provided. After making the advance Payment there was no response from the agency to helpme find an House. They could not suggest the house of my preference.
They have changed multiple relationship managers but all of them are same and do not have any interest or experience. After lot of torture I had to ultimately contact local broker to get me a house and i got a house with in one day itself. I lost my money with nobroker. They will not refund your money. If you are looking for rent on an urgent basis please do not take Nobroker Service.
