I booked a washroom cleaning service from nobroker.in. They had the worst cleaning service people. Service person Malika Chauhan and her husband came to see the status of our washroom; he is looking at the washroom officially like an officer. They told me that they couldn’t clean the bathroom because it was looking too dirty. According to them, it’s not possible to clean. They rejected us and went back, and unfortunately, this useless department of customer service is only supporting them Once they went back, I literally cleaned it in 20 minutes. Then what's the use of these people? They are told that 20% can be clean, and 30% can be clean. And it will take three times to clean it for 1500 rupees to clean a toilet—such a useless service I've never seen. And they told customer service that there was cement inside the washroom. Overall, they were not interested in working, which is why they joined for work. So much attitude; even the customer care support is supporting them, not the customers. They are really giving the worst service. We were really disappointed with the behaviour of the service people.
