I had signed in for their Online Rental Agreement service. They were very responsive and professional until I made the payment for the service. One they got the payment in their kitty, the whole experience got worse. It was promised that my rental agreement would be couriered to my office address in 2-3 working days. After almost 5 working days, when I contacted them, they started acting clever, They were not responding to the online chat. When I called up their customer care, they were not picking up the phone most of the time. Once in a blue moon, when they pick up, they always keep saying the same excuse, that they will call me back once they check the details. They never called me back and was just giving false promised to a paid customer. Now even after 10 days, I have not yet received my rental agreement. Atlast, I got my rental agreement done through an agent in Bangalore. When I discussed about this in my office, one of my colleague also had a bitter experience with NoBroker and he also mentioned that they did not fulfill the promises made to him once he paid Rs 1999 for finding a rental apartment in Bangalore.
This has been such an unethical and unprofessional experience from a startup like NoBroker.com. They are an insult to the startups in India. If you did not get your acts right initially, dont just try to fool your customers by giving false promises
Run away from any of their service, or else they will take you for a ride. They are serial cheaters.
