I didn't have much expectation when I registered at nobroker.com; I did it because it cost nothing anyway. So I showed interest in this rental property. After a day or two, Roopam(Roopam Chandra, Relationship Manager) called me and fixed a phone meeting with the owner. All said and done, within 24 hours everything was agreed between the owner and me. As of writing this, I will be moving into the new house next week. I registered on 1st June and will be collecting the key on 8th(today). In the meanwhile, when Roopam called I thought I must have to pay something after all(and trust me, I was willing to by then); however, to my pleasant surprise, he had just called to check whether I was able to strike a deal. That's all. No pestering; no bargaining; no sales pitch. This is indeed a wonderful service. I'd recommend this to everyone if they want to rent property in a civil, hassle-free, and, most importantly, transparent manner. Roopam has promised to help me find good packers & movers.
