Their job is to get people pay for their service. Once you pay the amount that it, they are not bothered. They will assign a relationship manager for you who will document fake sales enquiries for your advertisement. Never give you the numbers of people who enquire. Relationship manager will document enquiries, will show reasons for rejection by buyers like not contactable, buyer looking at different location, rate high, not interested in this location anymore etc etc. A few months after the validity of the paid advertisement expires the call centers will start calling you again to renew subscription. They only do service to reputed builders. They are not inter ated in small costomers. They only want the initial payment. That's enough to run the company and earn huge profits. Please don't fall in their trap. Please get hold of real brokers who will get the job for you in the area that you are looking to sell or rent. All online companies like no broker, magic bricks, 99 acres, etc etc and many more are just frauds and all they need is the initial amount the customer pays. They are not interested in return customers so they don't service once you pay them. Stay away, all are cheats!
