I had taken No Broker service twice, first when for searching a property in Bangalore, and then Legal Service for property Registration & managing the home loan.
I can say they won't leave you midway after taking money from you & will stand till end till they get the task done.
Certain services of No Broker are expensive in comparison to street side brokers for property registration & documentation, but then you can offload the followup headache.
They sub contract local vendors only, but they will deliver you doorstep service
There are some times loose ends in the coordination chain, but it depends what service you have taken
They Assigned me a relationship manager, Sandhya, to manage the Property loan tasks, she continued following up & coordinating till the date of registration of the property.
Overall I'm satisfied, with their service, and do recommend NO Broker for property related services, especially if you are new to the City
