I have 2 accounts with NoBroker. I posted my same property(Sobha property in Bangalore) on both the accounts and paid money to avail super saver plan for one of these accounts.
On the free account, I got few tenant referrals but for the other account where I took Paid service, I didn't get even a single tenant referral even after 15 Days. Their assigned RM(Susmita S) and Field RM(Shashi Kumar) are extremely rude and try to put blame on customer stating that the property is not worth and there are no interested customers for that property .
I think, NoBroker just lays a trap and provides few referrals for the free accounts to lure customers to buy their plan.
I have lost around 12K and feel cheated. Recommend others not to fall in their trap. Better to use local real estate agents rather than these fraud companies
