My experience with NNNOW has been traumatic, to put it mildly. BEWARE of these FRAUDS.
I ordered 9 pieces of clothing and received them just before the Covid-19 lockdown began on March 23. I checked and found that I wanted to return 7 of them. I raised a return request online, which was approved. However, the lockdown began and the return pick up was delayed. One fine day the return pick up courier arrived at my address when I had just stepped out and found my door locked. He didn’t even bother to call and check. Soon after that NNNOW just canceled my return without even informing me. And all the time I never knew that a return pickup attempt was even made.
I later found out to my dismay and raised a fresh request for self-shipping the product. They gave me a Gurgaon Warehouse address. I duly shipped the products at my expense to their warehouse by DTDC and shared the tracking details with them. I then confirmed from DTDC that the product was delivered at their Warehouse address on June 16. I shared the screenshot of the DTDC website with them.
It has been more than a month now(July 24 as of this writing). No confirmation from them that they received the product and no sign of my refund. I have written numerous emails and made numerous phone calls to them. No use. They just ask for more time, 24–48 hours each time. And now after one month, they ask me for proof of delivery! The customer service agents are surely a sub-human species of liars. They use corporate crap terms like “will raise a request” and “will escalate the matter” to fool you and buy time.
NNNOW is a quintessential Indian fraudulent enterprise. People wonder why India is not a good place for business. It is because of CHEATS and LIARS like NNNOW.
Avoid them like the plague, if you want to sleep peacefully. There are so many E-commerce outfits out there and they are mostly good. NNNOW is a clear exception and they should be exposed.
I am not going to stop until I get back my money. Not just because it is a good amount of money, but also because I cannot allow these frauds to cheat me.
