Max Bupa one the Fraud Insurance co . Review on Niva Bupa Health Insurance

I applied for the claim reimbursement for accident case in February 2016,

as per maxbupa mail, I attached all required documents .

even after continuous fallowups, I did not got any single reply from maxbupa . Duly filled Claim form(attached)

• Valid photo id proof/Age proof.

• Original bills, receipts and discharge certificate/card from Hospital/Doctor

• Original bills from chemists supported by proper prescription.

• Original investigation test reports and payment receipts.

• Doctor’s referral letter advising hospitalization in non-accident cases.

• Details of any other insurance policy that may respond to the claim.

• First Information Report(FIR) for medico-legal cases.

now after 3 months, maxbupa is asking for some missing info. which has already sent in Feb 2016

Thanks for your reply, at list after 3 months I got reply in this regards.

I have Already attached all documents with the claim .

before sending claim, I asked for required documents list from Maxbupa as per your mail only I attached all the documents However its ore than 3 months now, since the time I have applied for the claim. due to your negligence

In discharge summery its clearly written that patient was responding to command that clearly shows whether the victim was drunk or not.

and I asked Doctors for the letter, and they said its been mentioned in the recharge summery, moreover accident was happened the morning 10 am to 11am .that too near my native. and there is no question of consumption of alcohol.

Even after submitting all documents now your asking for missing info. that clearly shows somehow you people are not interested to settle my claim amount.

If I have received the claim amount, then I will claim legaly.
