Dear All, on 23-06-2016, my son got admitted in DurgaBhai Deshmukh Hosipital, Vidyanagar, Hyderabad, whoe is a Max Bupa Cashless Policy Holder, on 24-06-2016
I got confirmation & Rs. 15, 000/- was released against his policy, on 27-06-2016, he got
discharged, for full & final settlement, the Hospital authorities forwarded the total details
to Max Bupa Office for approval, I got message that' your pre-auth request ID is 106958, we will get back to you with a decision in 4 hours', I dont understand on what basis the earlier amount sanctioned, finally I got message at 19.00 hrs that your request was cancelled. This shows that Max Bupa is playing with people time and money, they least bothered about. I kindly request every body who ever read this message, never go to Max Bupa Health Insurance, in one word it is a FRAUD BUPA MONEY MAKING INSURANCE COMPANY.
