Pathetic service
I bought a new health policy from these croons but due to some issues(features not present in policy that were claimed by the agent) I had to cancel the policy on 11 Jul 2016.
On talking to the Customer care team they did not give a positive reply. Then I sent a mail with the screen shot of the Transaction.
I received a reply that issue will be resolved soon. But they have not contacted me or given any update on the issue.
