I just ported my policy to MAXBUPA last year. I came to know that it was my big mistake to got with this company. they are fraud people. when I submitted my documents to get claim they assured me to give claim within 15 days but after 30 days they told me that your discharge summery is missing. I was too surprise that I submitted all original documents then how they can say like this. then I called customer care and said them to recheck my submitted documents. I also told them the discharge summery paper type and colour. then the admitted that yes there is a discharge summery. it wasted my another 15 days to prove that there is a discharge summery. after that they told me that it will take another one week to proceed further. after one week they told me that discharge summery is not complete. Then I also proven them that it is a complete discharge summery. then they again taken one more week. after almost 2 and half month they told me that there is not clear that for which treatment your patient was admitted. It was clearly told to there investigator that our patient is admitted for jaundice treatment when he visited the hospital. Now after 3 month they given me a 30 days notice to cancel my policy and reason was told that you have not disclosed all your problems while taking policy. So in this way they just hanged me up for 3 months and then finally no claim was given.

This is really a fraud company. never by policy from this company.
