I opted for Maxbupa 03years back with an option of Day Care for family. This year I needed Day Care for my wife and called customer service to get an very un-satisfactory reply after calling 05times and holding for 5-12mins every time. Some senior manager was courteous enough to confirm my eligibility for day care.
I submitted all the papers after the process and the claim was denied with remarks "hospitalisation not more than 24hours". I communicated with them for same and involved senior managers and grievance cell too but there was no reply for 06days and finally I got an update some other reasons for denial to cover their mistake. I am sure they never wanted to clear my claim and now as a face saver a new reason has come up. PLEASE BEWARE OF MAXBUPA, they might ruin your life.
