It has poor customer service and its documentation is improper on wait period and promised services. It is also quite expensive when you purchase it with OPD and most of OPD service would be out of bound when you are actually going to claim. Most email sent to company would never get response to your genuine query.


Reason for rejection for OPD - There is a wait period. Under the policy document all wait period section is NA (Not Applicable). When we sent the screen shot they said their version is different from mine. I believe it is clear case of cheating customer while selling the policy. Why should reject an OPD claim which is already fixed at 10k (My policy is 1, 00, 000 for 2 years). It would have been better to take policy without OPD.


How can they run a company like this. Horrible customer service experience for person who has just come from US.


Avoid this insurance.
