Max bupa company is a fraud company which cancels its customers policies without giving any refund. I have taken Family first policy for my parents who are aged 58 and 54 last month by paying premium of 99806/- for two years . To exploit customers they wantedly dont ask for medical test in this policy for persons aged below 60 years, so that they can reject their claim and cancel their policy without any refund of premium citing that patient has the disease since long. My father went unconscious and admitted to the hospital in emergence condition. As this policy covers accidents and emergency conditions from day 1.
I went for the claim. They denied my claim and cancelled my policy saying that I have not disclosed that my father has kidney disease and hyper tension since long. Dear Max bupa could you please let me now without medical test how do I know that my father has kidney disease and hypertension. If you are not sure about customer health condition they why dont you ask for medical test. As you cancelled my policy without giving me refund of premium which I paid, I am approaching Ombudsmen .
Dear customers, please dont buy max bupa health insurance at any cost.
