After a year long analysis of deciding to take an insurance policy for my family; I had decided(a decision which I regret today) to go with Max Bupa.
If you declare details truthfully; they ensure that you are irritated to the maximum. In fact I am asked for a biopsy report, for a surgery I had conducted. The underwriter looking at my case, has got a requirement outside my doctors certified discharge summary. They seem to be asking for details as per their own whims and fancy. Almost a month since I had given my application forms and I still do not have a policy issued.
I dont recommend to go for these guys; look at other cases available like apollo munich. I am really considering to withdraw my application.
