Recently I admitted apollo hospital for nose bone fracture and as well nose sinusitis operation since I have sinusitis problem from past 2 years.


After operation when claim max bupa declain to cover my surgery charges 1.2 Lakh reason unknown, I have this policy since 3 years, now I applied for cash reimbursement, I am waiting for outcome and will update soon, also I am wondering opd charges like CT scan covers or not, need to find out
