I purchased a Mediclaim policy from max Bupa for my family and the documents which I received contains all the incorrect names of my family member along with Date of Birth. On multiple request since last 2 months none of the request is resolved. The policy purchaed is of no use due to wron name included.
I suggest all the people dont ever go for any policy with MAX Bupa its not MAX BUpa its MIN BUPA.
The worst policy company you would ever recognize after purchase of Policy.
NEVER PURCHASE THE MAX BUPA POLICY
