A consignment was booked from a jaipur to my factory in tirupur. They took 27 days to bring the goods to Bangalore trans-shipment office and for the next 7 days they did not send it to Tirupur. I spoke to them every day but did not receive the goods for the next 5 days.
Finally, I lost my patience and sent my truck to Bangalore transhipment office to pick up the goods.
