Actually this is for Nitco Roadways Chandigarh.
Haven't seen worst service than yours.I had got a consignment booked on 31/5/14 from Kolkatta to Chandigarh with assurance of delivery in 5-6 days. but till today the whereabouts are not known.
People at your Chandigarh office are not at all responsive . No. of calls made at 0172-2790603 / 2791955 / 9748101164 were not answered by your 'efficient staff'.
If you people can't deliver then why do you commit.Sorry for giving 1 star rating but couldn't help it as there is no option of giving any lesser rating.
Can anyone let me know the status.?
