FRIENDS, Pune is full of restaurants and my latest favourite is ''Nisarg'' which means Nature. Day by day we are becoming away from nature and give excuses like busy routine, no time to travel etc. Isn't it true? Ok excused. Oh, have to as I too am not frequent traveller. Being bit fond of drawing, painting have got that eye for which I am obliged to Him, of course, God !! Nisarg is the place providing me bit touch of nature. In marathi there is saying, ''Dudhachi tahan takawar !'' which means we have to accept and adjust with the thing (can be like mirror image) which is offering lesser happiness than getting the actual thing. Mind well, I am talking about only nature at ''Nisarg'' which can be said model of nature. For food and other things this proverb doesn't apply.
NISARG has put two lions on metalic door which kids like watching, variety of plants right from entrance to inside sitting area, then pairs of love birds in cage at staircase to A/C hall and pairs of doves in cage at outer sitting area. My kids used to watch these birds before getting order placed on our tables. I feel comfortable in their outer sitting tables than A/C hall or upper floor for families, friends. A/C main hall is mostly engaged by bar lovers and upper floor is chosen for families wishing privacy. So, small parties can be arranged here.
NOW, let me tell you about food served. Here you get nice veg, non-veg.dishes. My family likes tawa fry pomphret, sea-food soup, prawns koliwada with rotis and sometimes chicken biryani like rice item. Their veg. speciality is ghawan, green kabab,mutter paneer like items, but the list goes on and on...... with quality dishes. Lunch and dinner dishes are served from 11am.to3pm.and from 7pm. to 11pm. Waiters are polite enough and food served is simply mouthwatering. Please note here that I have written many reviews on restaurants and this is my latest favourite place which I recommended to my brother who came long way from US last year to visit us. Do you need it more certified? Ok. Here I tell you, this is my 50th review and I am foodie and choosy about it. Whenever I don't feel to be calories conscious, whenever we have some reason to celebrate, whenever we have guests, we visit Nisarg.
EXACTLY diagonally opposite of Padale Palace you can see coconut tree on the road corner. Surprised to hear coconut tree on the road? Well, Nisarg restaurant has put artificial tree which is enlightened at night time. It's good for identifying the place which is off Nul stop, Karve road.
HOPE, now you can find it easily even you are new to Pune. So, let me know when you visit there and enjoy Nisarg with delicious food.
