A client of mine bought his car from Nippon tvm and is completely disappointed with the dealer. In a nutshell his experience with Nippon was

Booking
Experience:Boasted on offers but customer Deceived post receipt of booking amount
Recommendation:Get everything documented before making any payment or commitment

Delivery
Experience: Delivery date kept deferring and moreover opted color was not available
Recommendation:Get the delivery date documented and ensure the availability of the preferred Color in person. Please don’t go by words

Car Registration
Experience:Total registration fee as per RTO is approx Rs. 200(RTO website) while dealer charged me a whooping amount 5000 as total registration fee
Recommendation:Nothing much can be done. Monopoly of the dealer taking a toll on customers hard earned money. Shell the said amount or compromise on the brand

Experience:Lot of hidden charges. Early repayment results in heavy loss
Recommendation:Read the loan agreement thoroughly and consult a lawyer prior to signing.

Experience: Whopping charges as motor insurance premium if taken from Nippon Toyota
Recommendation: Compare motor policies available in the market, you will find a major variation in the premium amounts( difference of 40% in the premium amount if taken from any leading insurance companies.a bumper to bumper insurance)
