Dear friends before thinking Nippon paint read my worst experience completely. They can be better only in small two bedroom flats or houses but for little big houses they are zero in professionalism. we want to paint our 4 bedroom /2halls/ground and first floor house interior and exterior before 6 months. on registration for painting , response was immediate , after booking an appointment , executive visited us and explain in detail about the quality of the product and scientific method and tools going to use and assured how they are different from others .
Now coming to the execution part, we have to face your number of issues . professionalism was lacking in many areas even though quality of the work was not good there was so many grey areas which we were not prepared to face from your company people and zero management . We had to let them use our equipments since they were not provided . Even ladder they didn't bought.
this had a dent on quality and since ordinary equipments cannot full fill all their needs .
They don't have proper labour , bringing local contractors and once in 2 days changing labour , coming to work 11 o'clock. Every day I have to run pillar to post with them to complete the work .
we are in Coimbatore, in Coimbatore office there are not able to solve this issue. Then I have to call Chennai head office... no use.
finally I have to beg them to complete the job. .Almost nearing 40 days only the job was finish . Masking of the floor as well as furnitures were not up to the mark, resulting in painting stains entire house. Postpaid cleaning also need a lot of effort from our side.
After completion of the painting within 3 months open terrace floor Guard painting was started to peel of everywhere and already seen cracks where opening.
again I am sending mail and call them many times to repair the work since it is still under warranty, only before 15 days the floor Guard painting repair works was done .
Friends don't go for Nippon paints at all ...zero commitment and zero dedication towards customer.
If you want to keep peace of mind , Stay away from Nippon... Please be aware of fake promises and advertisements coz no one cares after getting money paid ... Worst service ever..
