I have bought this Nikon D3400 DSLR camera recently and had enough time to give a review about the same. I can Divide the review into the following segments

Nikon D3400 DSLR Camera Picture Quality: The picture quality is good, not that great, but good for the price of the camera. its got a 24mp CMOS sensor. The images are very fine and you can even shoot both raw format and jpeg at the same time.

Nikon D3400 DSLR Camera Features:The camera has some basic menu and stuff which don't take much of your time to gain control over the camera. you'll have a mode dial on the top where you can select the mode you want. It has different modes some of them are Auto, Auto without flash, portrait, landscape, shutter priority, aperture priority, program and of course manual.

Nikon D3400 DSLR Camera Videos Recording:While recording few videos I have noticed that you can only record for 10min while recording 1080p video at 60frames per second and 20min while recording 1080p at 30 and 25 frames per second. I personally had to keep an eye on it that I don't miss a shot. You have to start it again after 20min which was a major drawback in my opinion.

Nikon D3400 DSLR Camera Value for money Deal: The best competitor for this camera in its price segment is Canon D1300, but I would prefer Nikon d3400 instead of the Canon D3400 because it has a larger sensor compared to canon d1300 which has an 18Mp Cmos sensor. it is a true value of money in this case because a lot more features compared to that.

Nikon D3400 DSLR Camera Battery Life: The battery life is a bit less according to my opinion. I have used the camera for video recording, 1080p at 30frames per second and the battery only lasts for 40 to 50 minutes. And the recharge time for the battery is around 1hr to 1 and a half hour. So my suggestion is to keep spare batteries all the time with you if you don't wanna miss a beautiful capture.
