Hi All,
I got the Nikon S4 Digital Camera as a present from my dad a birthday gift.
I am fond of Astronomy, Wildlife & Scenes photography.
I got the camera in Jan 2006. Up till now I have taken round abt 3800 pictures.
I have a 512MB SD card, Nikon Leather cover & the Coolpix battery with charger.
The Best thing I liked in this camera is the zoom. It has 10X optical zoom which is not present in any camera of its range or if u want to buy a 10X or greater zooming camera the price is too high.
There are 16-18 different modes & all I have used nearby all the modes.
I have taken prints of the pictures from the camera & they are excellent.
I have developed from normal pics to 6MP prints.
This camera has a video recording facility like others & is also gr8.
I recommend you all to take video only in sunlight. The video becomes very much blurred in low light & is not recommended.
One more thing good for Nikon is its Battery compatibility any type of Alkaline or re-chargable batteries can be used in emergencies (that is when your coolpix battery drain off & you have forgot the charger at home when ur outstation).
The panorama effect of Nikon is Excellent I say mind blowing.
