I have booked train ticket on irctc through ngpay, they charged their agent fees Rs 20 also charged irctc service charges and transaction charges. Although I have paid through sbi rail credit card, as per sbi rail credit card all irctc transaction charges are reversed. At the time of booking they offer that 15% cash back on the first booking, in that offer if ticket is cancel the cash back offer not deduct.
Unfortunately I have cancel the ticket as per irctc deducting the cancel charges they should refund the balance amount but they deduct the cash back amount and refund me the balance amount after 10 day. After asking the call center they told me that read the terms and condition but there is nothing in the terms and condition about cash back.
So before using any mobile application please be clear the terms and condition.
