I made the biggest mistake by Choosing Nextra, unfortunately, there was no other Fiber connection available. The problems I am facing are, recurrent speed loss and dead connection. If you call their call centre, they say it will be repaired in 4 - 24 hours. But even after 24 hours nobody will even try to fix the fault. They are in a vicious cycle, the quality of their technical team is bad, so the problems keep recurring, so the technical team is burdened and tries to fix things in a hurry, so the quality of connection is bad, so the number of faults are high and it goes on. Nobody in Nextra is bothered because they have already taken the money in advance. Nextra people do not care about how the customers feel, the result is 1.6 star rating till date, if they were serious, they would have taken steps to improve it. My sincere advice will be to go with Airtel or any other ISP including MTNL/ BSNL because there you at least expect low quality service, but paying high for private connection and getting bad service is not recommended to anybody. Please avoid Nextra. The reason Nextra doesn't have post paid is because they are confident of their abysmal quality so they know nobody will pay if it is postpaid as their service sucks big time.
