I dont understand what type of bullshit customer service Nextra is providing post offboard.
During onboarding they were very swift.
It has been 4 months and 25 calls to their customer service and I am yet to get my refund of 1500/-. Totally dissatisfied and will never recommend Nextra. Every time they give false promises that it will be resolved. there is no escalation matrix to go to higher management also.
