One month ago, I was checking for Internet Service Provider, I found Nextra they were providing 10 Mbps speed at the rate of 799 per month. I called those people to take documents and check the area of they can install it. They came they said yes it can be, all the documents along with the router charge and 3 months advance payment I did. I asked them by when it will be ready they said as soon the approval will come, by next it will be installed at my place. Next days passes, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8 days passed cheque got cleared very next day after 8 days of continuous follow ups no result yielded and when I call there customer service they said that they don't have any idea. After 10 days of payment they installed but not completely they said engineer will come to configure the router he also took more than 3 days. After 13 days of struggle my net was up. Very very poor services and very low speed.
