A slightly hatke movie, Newton throws light on the honesty of a Government official Nutan Kumar, who is a staunch practitioner of honesty. Whether it is about his marriage or work, his honesty is reflected everywhere.
The plot of the story basically revolves around a village where people have never voted since many years. Newton arrives in the village as Presiding officer and inspite of facing obstructions successfully gets people from their houses to vote. Rest you need to watch the movie.
