Hi Friends! Today I will write review about New Mubeen Chowk Lucknow .It is a Mughlai cuisine Restaurant in Chowk Lucknow.Without wasting much time I will directly tell you about this place .Look below
Food And Presentation-This feature is totally not in them.In Fact I wonder how the people say that they had great food here.There is nothing like good food in them now I will tell you why did I say so.Actually My Friend group visit here as we heard lot about this place so we decided to check it once and we visited here.But that was our first and last visit to this place .Actually we ordered Nehari Kulcha and Chiken Biryani .It was a bad experience here as the biryani was cool and the rice of Biryani was half cooked there was no taste in biryani talking about Nehari so it was full of salt and the gravy was too much thick therefore lost the taste of dish and the nehari was cool too .Kulchas was average as there was bad stuffing in Kulchas. Talking about their presentation of food so it is pathetic as their utensils are not cleaned well their glass stinks a lot and plates are also oily sticky.No garnishing on Nehari and Biryani and also no sense of serving food .So not good at all.
Ambience-It is not standard here as you get the sitting arrangements here but this place is full of unsophisticated and unhygienic people.You have to wait here to get the seats .On the name of ambience you will see the canteen burners and big cooking utensils on the entrance as they cook food outside their restaurant and they keep their kulcha and roti in open air .It is a big unhygienic point .When you enter the shop you see the steel and wooden chairs and wooden tables.Walls are made of light brown and dark brown marble .It is air cooled .The place is full of noise and unhygien.So pathetic.
Customer Service-It is very confusing and bad as their workers are under aged boys between 12 to 14 years boys .They are quite confuse as they are in haste and do not know when to go where and serve what to whom.Service is fast but not perfect as they always forget to serve you your entire order therefore you have to call them again and again.And they do not serve fresh and hot food therefore below satisfactory.
Value For Money-The food items are cheap here and one can easily afford this place but the very bad thing which dissolves this feature is dirtiness and little under aged boys as working staff.Adding for star to this fault you will vomit to see the unhygienic pale yellow drinking water and dirty glass.Therefore their value for money feature is absent in them.
My opinion do not visit here unless you want to eat cool food and drink pale yellow water in dirty glasses and want to see the little under aged boys working as waiters .Not a good place to visit.
