I feel this review is:
Infrastructure is average. Banking system is poor. Customers services is not up to the mark. Loan availability is only through collateral makes really dizzy. Intrest rates very low. Technological banking is very poor. Passbook is average. Overall the bank is not recommended by me for anyone. They really need a upgrade.
