This is very popular bank in my area, it is very near, and plus they offers higher rate of interest because of these reasons I opened account in this bank.
Talking about the the good things which this bank are like this bank is very beautiful, attractive, technological features like barcode scanning and all etc etc.
When new technology comes in market this bank adapts it that is very good feature to be updated in market.
The customer service support is very very good.
If you have any issue regarding to bank, or your account just visit the bank and your issue will be solved within a day or same time if possible.
I don't even have a single complain about the service support.
This is very good bank providing different features.
But the problem is if you have a account only in this bank then you can't buy things online.
I'm saying this because they don't provide support to online banking, online transactions, you can't even swipe your card at merchant shop.
You can only use your card as a ATM only, and you can use your card at new india bank ATM only, so this is very frustrating because you have to search for new india bank ATM every time when you want to withdraw cash.
Plus this bank don't provide demat account, so you have to open account in other bank for stock market.
Otherwise this bank is very good.but at least they should provide support to online banking, online shopping and card swipe because in today's generation these services are must and most of us are using it.
I would recommend this bank if you don't want to use online facilities otherwise it will be waste.
