I have a very bad experience with this company.i bought and insured a bike in chennai. unfortunately that was stolen in bhubaneswar.then started my ordeals with police,rto and insurance offices. in the bhubaneswar brance of this insurance comapny you can never know anything, what to do, how to do? when you try to ask for any clarification repeatedly they will definitely shout at you(believe me this is my experience). they are performing like a typical govt. organisation in the face of new competetion from pvt sector, of course they are. their advertisements in the media claim a lot, but in real terms, they are what they were. now I am the maze and looking for some magic to get out of this.can someone help me?
