Bad experience with working New Baldwin School @ Geddalahalli hennur
I had very bad experience with the New Baldwin School, an year I was worked with the school, I lost my peaceful life and un reasonable mental torcher from Principal and MAnasultangement, Never seen kind of Principal in my 12 year Teaching career, staff are not getting any respect, should work like slave, be care full anyone looking for job and for their child education, I enter looked the name New Baldwin, you please thing well own.
MAnasultangement wants make money only, parents are paid fee only enough child to pass annual examination, if any student failed to write annual examination also they will pass and promote.
Facility view no proper drinking water, no proper labs and playground and no parking facility for student as well parents should stand on the road for pick their kids.
Fee structure to very high and frequently fund collection some or the other things
60% Teaching staff and non-teaching staff will be running from the school every academic year, specific reason for all same with Principal madam’s ability, anyone wants work there ready to catch Principal’s legs always, MAnasultangement is very happy with Principal and growing
If teachers are gave any small punishment to students, Teacher are mandatory to write apology letter in front of concern student and their parents make them happy.
More attention on Function, cele_45brations and showcasing outside impression not in Education.
