I feel this review is:
Neutrogena lip moisturer is an excellent lip moisturer.its the best lip balm I have used till date.it prevents my lips from chapping in these winter months.it contains a PABA free spf 15 for protection from sun.this feature is usually not present in the other lip balms I have used earlier.and on top of this it also does not have a smell which is quite good because the strong smell of some of the lipbalms give me a migraine sometimes.overall it keeps my lips very supple and soft.i am using neutrogena lip balm for the first time this winter and I am really liking it.i would obviously recommend it to everyone
