I love lipbalms that heal and moisturise, more than just giving colour to the lips, especially in the winter months. And this Norwegian Formula from Neutrogena does all this and more.
Price: Rs.115
Packaging: Comes in a small cylindrical twist up tube thats travel friendly.
My Experience: Having started using this, I love the smooth feeling of my lips. The balm is white in colour with no fragrance(love!). Just a dab and you are sorted for the next 5 hrs or so. It has an additional SPF 15, which is such a blessing in protection of the lips too! Doesnt give a waxy feeling that nowadays most of the lipbalms have. I usually apply the balm at night and the next day, wake up to fuller and more moisturised lips. I love how this balm softens my lips especially during the dry months of winter.

-Works really well for 5 hrs after which a re-application is required
-Contains SPF 15 which is an added advantage for protection from sunrays

-No waxy feeling after application

Last word: Chapped lips are restored to moisturised lips with an additional benefit of being protected. Perfect friend for winter months! Totally Recommending!
