Best Moisturizer Used Ever. I have used lip moisturizers from may Brands, but none of them worked. The only lip balm that worked for me is Neutrogena Lip Balm. Since the time I started using it, my lips are soft and supple. I a using it from last 3 years and have not changed to another brand till now.
People with cracked and dry lips must try Neutrogena Lip Balm.
Also I would love to say thanks to SafetyKart from where I have purchased it online.
