Plans might be looking like literally 200 mbps for rs.699 but that doesnt mean you will get those speeds all the time because most of us want to use internet at night when we get time and at that time, you wont get that full speed that you subscribed for, it is not local fixable problem but rather they actually dont have enough bandwidth which they need from Airtel(peering partner).
After they changed plans and made them cheap, the whole isp is suffering from inadequate bandwidth which is reason you may not get full speed but rather 2 mbps at 9-12 am.
Support is poor as first 10 calls, your calls will be dropped, after getting connected, support person doesnt know anything and will most likely register complaint or drop the call.
you dont have admin access to router and you cant use own router.
takes 3 days to fix a wire cut after registering complaint
internet can turn off any second for 30-1 hour
gaming experience wont be good as you might get 5-10% packet loss, Nat type is moderate which is ok but packet loss is worst thing to have.
in conclusion, go for airtel or jio or any other isp but dont go for netplus, very poor service, poor speed, they dont have speed from backend which they are providing to customer and cant provide.
they have a speedtest server which will show you full speed because its their own and in their network but when you surf internet then your entire traffic goes through airtel server for which they have to buy bandwidth but they dont pay enough to have that much speed.
also you get all time packet loss in valorant and disconnections on singapore server.
