I had ordered thrice from this website. The first time, the courier person didn't even call or message me prior to coming. He rang the doorbell. As I wasn't there, nobody opened. So, he left the courier at the security desk. The second time I received the wrong product.
The third time, I cancelled my order the same day that I had placed it. It was in the first stage. Yet, they couriered it without paying any heed to my cancellation. When I called them, a girl called Ramya told me that only 80% will be refunded. Why? Why not the entire amount? Cheating& looting customers is all they know how to do. And they don't even have a toll-free no.
