Medicines are meant to be delivered at your home as fast as possible and same should be the motive of netmeds.
I also ordered a medicine from them which was not available at our nearby stores.
They said the medicine will be delivered before 24 hours, 2 days passed by and there was no sign of my medicine and I had already paid the amount as the medicine was expensive.
I called them up and no one picked up the call saying they have kept your call in waiting,
Then again next day I gave them a call and they said that some incident has happened and they will deliver it tomorrow positively.
I again wrote them a mail stating the emergency of the medicine.
and 6 days later after placing the order I received the medicine,
Even after constant reminders I only did not gave them one star because I got the medicine at comparatively cheaper as I usually get it at.
But honestly dont believe on their delivery date they gonna take a good amount of time to deliver your medicine on time.
and I dont think I am gonna order medicines from them as I need my medicines on time!
