It was my first order with Netmeds, I had uploaded the prescription on 19th March 2017. I got a call from them on 20th march for verivication completion. The day was a sunday. So it was expected that the delivery would happen between 21st March and 22nd March 2017, as they had displayed while placing the order. I placed the order only because while confirming the order after prescription validation the app showed the date range, which was acceptable by me.


But even when at the end of 22nd March I did not get any calls regarding delivery, I enquired with the website via their chat support. And to my surprise I found that they were still to ship the medicines on 23rd; i.e. one day post their committed date. I asked them how long it would take from Tamilnadu to Kolkata; and they again could not answer my question. On asking if I could cancell and get my money back, their answer was the refund would take 7-9 working days, which means almost two weeks. I had no choice but to wait since it is a high value order. And I do not have option to order again from somewhere else while waiting for the refund to come.


In my opinion these guys are simply not fit to be in medicine business which is a high priority delivery business. Frank Ross delivers within a max TAT of 72 hours with the same kind of discount.


Guys please refrain from using Netmeds.com if you have serious requirement

Ohh .then it is yet another waiting of 3 more days! So you take an effective time of 72 hours to ship and the shipping will take another 3/4 days to reach. Hence roughly one week to get some simple medicines!

Thanks for the awfull experience with netmeds! nothing personal with you though. Its the failure of the company to serve deliver medicines. You ppl should deliver pleasure items which one can afford to have a delayed delivery. But please stop delivering medicines!
