Recently I bought a medicine from this site.They asked me to submit the prescription, and I added it.After that I selected my medicine with COD options.After few days, I got an SMS from Netmeds in which they clearly said that my medicine will be delivered on that day or the next day.After an hour, I got the next SMS from Netmeds India, and now they told me that my medicine could not be delivered!I was surprised to see this!how?What?Why?Not a single call from the delivery boy!How is this possible.I called the customer care executive about this incident and then they forwarded it as their response. Now I got this medicine but I was pleasant surprise to see their response.
